The new CSSA Online Shop is faster and easier to use.
When Registering, pay attention to the required info. We have experienced many declined transactions due to mis-matched address. That's where the street address, city, state and/or postal zip code does not match perfectly with your credit card's billing address.
Double check your information and click on the "Register" button; you will be automatically logged in. You'll be able to tell when you see the info you just entered displayed on the Checkout page.
You will receive two emails. One for Registering, and one when you have successfully ordered. Once you submit your order, do not hit your back button! You cannot change your order!
If you want to change your order, email the shop and I will personally see to it that Mindy, Sue or Bob receive the details that you want changed. You cannot login and edit your order, but please do email the shop and we'll do everything we can to accommodate you.
The CSSA Online Shop works, but only if you make sure your information is accurate and you have a positive balance on your credit card.
